It hasn't worked in Chicago. It won't work here to change the school. Oh, it will change it. It won't fix it.

WHY???????? I just don't understand! You now Savannah, even with all of its charm, is beginning to make me angry with their educational policy. You know their rep. was the same one that pushed for merit pay. In the words of the South: "Idjits."
