If you found a video on youtube of a friend's classroom, with the jackaninnies misbehaving, and the friend oblivious at the computer, would you tell your friend or let them continue to live on in ignorance?
Does the answer change if the teacher isn't your friend?

Tough question. I think I might point it out in a diplomatic way. Better to hear from me than from an administrator.
I would tell them. As a matter of fact, I did. The kids had made the video using a flip camera and even acted out some of the scenes, all the while the teacher's voice could be heard in the distance giving directions to a different group of students. I let her know that it was up and running.
I am debating.
I keep getting told that I interfere - and for all I know (given that this teacher tries to be their friend - he let them dance and make the video.
If I was in a video, I would want to know.
