I always explain to my students that the federal government is much like an aircraft carrier. Once you get it pointed in a particular direction, it takes a LONG time to get up to speed, and trying to change ANYTHING - speed or direction - takes a long time. These numbers are not indicative of the job Obama is doing (though believe me; I have a number of vociferous complaints about the job I think he ISN'T doing) but is, rather, a consequence of the last crew at the helm of the ship.

very interesting post.

I for one think that while the President shouldn't be blamed for certain things, it was Obama who put us trillions of dollars in debt. And so far, nothing is showing.
