Doncha hate it when you do the right thing (and you know it is the right thing) and you know it will set you up for much more work, probably unrewarded?
Next year will be a lot of work. I think it will not be as difficult as this year because the person who delighted in bullying me (and others) is gone. But - four preps and classes to take.

I'm glad your bullying colleague has gone. Your next year will be so much better without them.
No time for bullies - glad that you no longer have to deal with them.
Sometimes doing the right thing can be as hard as not doing the right thing. I believe that things eventually balance out though - and hopefully you'll be rewarded

There is no excuse for bullying, as a teacher we deal with it every day- sigh!!!
