The Power of a Teacher

I read about this article in the AJC and then read the whole thing.

If I can do this with one student, I would count myself fulfilled.

We are teachers like this one and there are lots more out there. We do it without merit pay and for little money. Tougher evaluations aren't needed to get teachers to be good. Just add a little respect and a decent check into the picture.
