21 Wits said...: I once lived in St. Louis, Mo. and being a snow girl, Michigan and now Minnesota, I knew winter, and it was quite a new thing once an inch fell in St. Louis, and then climbed to 2 inches, and the chains came on the tires, and everything shut down.
